Mechanical/Product Engineer

Core Tech Industrial Corporation (Ballston Spa, NY) seeks a Mechanical/Product Engineer to work under the supervision of the engineering manager to design and manage product lines. Review customer requirements and specifications. Apply mechanical engineering principles to product designs. Incorporate industry codes and standards to product designs. Use ERP system to document drawings and BOMs for product implementation. Create and submit customer documentation. Create and maintain drawings, procedures, and bills of material to support production. Use computer software to validate design including but not limited to 3D modeling, FEA, CFD and pressure drop calculations. Cost management of designs to product budget.
Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6 months of experience in mechanical engineering, including experience in Fire Protection Engineering and sprinkler system layout.

Knowledge of FEA and CFD software, and CAD.
