Our technicians are factory trained on Core Tech offerings, as well as other OEM and legacy systems. Core Tech is a licensed end user for Mircom, Honeywell Industrial Fire, Notifier, Kidde, and Marioff.

We stock emergency spares to support our service group and provide an emergency hotline for off-hours troubleshooting. Annual service programs and retrofit solutions are available to maintain NFPA compliance. A NICET Level IV North American FACP engineer is on staff.
